DHCP reservation typically on your router or DHCP server. Make sure the port forward is set to the reserved IP. DHCP will then always assign this IP to the MAC address (which you find either in the DHCP lease table in your router or in the miner diagnostics)

Well to setup up your rule for the port forwarding you probably set up in your router to forward the 44158 port to the internal IP of your helium miner. If you do not set a static IP then the next time if your miner reboots it will get another internal ip. Because of that your port forward rule is not working anymore because the port forwards to an ip that is not active anymore (since your miner got a new IP by DHCP). So at first your relay will be removed but after a while it will return after a reboot because of the forward rule not working anymore.
